We started J and J Sustainable Weight Loss as a counter to the hamster wheel that is diet culture. This website and our 6 week program are designed for anyone who has ever lost weight only to gain it back or continues to say "I know what to do, I just need to do it". Weight loss is hard, keeping the weight off can be even harder, The first step is getting off the hamster wheel, the second step might just be partnering with us.

Weight loss is hard, could be the understatement of the century. Research shows that the individuals who have the most success, losing weight AND keeping it off, tend to approach it not from a diet and restriction standpoint but rather lifestyle change. At JandJ our focus is educating, motivating and maintaining realistic lifestyle changes that evidence supports when it comes to weight loss. Successful weight loss does not result by chance or by restriction it occurs as a result of changes made consistently over time, i.e. sustainable lifestyle change.
6 Week Group Nutrition
Successful weight loss does not happen overnight, nor does it happen by restrictive and unsustainable dieting. To lose weight and keep it off we need to change habits. In this 6 week group course Jason and Jen will not only educate, but more importantly start the process of habit change through sustainable evidenced based approaches.
